Currently, people’s health, quality of life and well-being are determined by numerous factors, with the work dimension probably being one of the most important determinants. Advances in the knowledge about stress phenomena and psychosocial risks are fundamental in improving people’s increasingly long work life.
Thus, this line of research is designed with the purpose of examining these phenomena, as well as the personal, social and organizational factors that can contribute to and strengthen people’s health and well-being in their work environment.
