I have a degree in Psychology (2002) and a doctorate in Organizational and Work Psychology with an EU special mention (2008) from the University of Valencia. Likewise, in 2015 I had a master in Systematic Coaching from Autonomous University of Barcelona. From 2002 to 2005, I worked as a researcher at the University of Valencia, in the Department of Social Psychology, more specifically, in the Research Unit on Organizational, Work and Human Resources Psychology (UIPOT). Later, from 2006 to 2008, I was member of the Sociotechnical Research Centre (CIEMAT, Center of Energy, Environmental and Technological Research). Lastly, since 2008, I worker as part of the team for Psychology and Education Studies at UOC, where I now coordinate work and organizational psychology courses, and do research in the PSINET group and in the Research Institute on the Psychology of Human Resources, Organizational Development and the Quality of work life (IDOCAL), University of Valencia).
